Reproducibility checklist

Before running a scale or fault campaign, record:

• source revision and package lockfile;
• scenario and topology definition;
• population, roles and adapter versions;
• random seeds and deterministic settings;
• fault schedule and recovery budgets;
• database and host configuration;
• acceptance criteria and comparison baseline.

Keep registrations, raw shard artifacts, evaluator checkpoints and the final interpretation separate. A summary without its raw evidence is not a reproducible result.
