New public surfaces

The release adds governed runtime, durable state, partition/reconciliation, compromise lifecycle, forensic preservation, topology transformation and strategy subpaths. It also exposes coordinator election, mandate continuity, mission continuity, and evidence-fusion strategy APIs.

Migration

Existing constructors and fail-closed behavior remain unchanged. The governed facade is opt-in. Use the reference-integrated profile when every critical gate must be present. Configure durableStore and idempotencyLedger for restart-safe operation; durable deployments should use pauseAsync, resumeAsync, safeStopAsync, recoverAsync, and abandonAsync.

Compatibility

Node.js 20.19.3 or newer is required. The release verification covers clean registry consumers on Node.js 20 (pnpm) and Node.js 22 (npm).
