Agent Morphogenesis

AgentPlat Agent Morphogenesis is the governed process by which an agent collective can change its operational form while preserving authority, continuity and evidence. It can recruit or create a specialist, realign a role, reassign work, replace or suspend an agent, transform Team topology, adapt a strategy, admit a new agent lineage or advance an organizational epoch.

Morphogenesis is not unrestricted self-modification. It never turns a model output, Mesh message, simulation score or approval button into direct execution authority. It composes the existing owners of identity, Membership, Trust, Inference Control, Team, Work, Action, Workflow and evidence.

The decision-maker may be an authorized agent, an authorized person, a local policy, a collective quorum, or a policy-required composition. A person is not intrinsically required. Every principal is checked for mandate, scope, independence, currentness, expiry and conflicts of interest.

Maturity and evidence boundary

V1–V8 are implemented, opt-in source capabilities in the 0.3.0-beta.6 release line. Source, conformance and packaging checks establish deterministic software behavior. They do not prove production readiness, organizational improvement, global optimality or safety under every deployment. Operational claims require deployment-specific evidence.
