Organizational evolution (V7–V8)
V7 — whole-collective evolution
V7 coordinates successor organizational epochs across multiple Teams, agents, roles and Work owners. It can retain persistent organizational patterns, compare morphology candidates, execute reviewed canaries and coordinate multi-owner handoffs.
The plan does not consolidate authority. Each owner commits its own exact transition and receipt. Compensation may be partial because a later owner can commit after an earlier effect; the journal records what can and cannot be reversed instead of pretending the entire organization is one transaction.
V8 — constitutional continuity
V8 binds longitudinal mission and authority invariants across organizational generations. A successor constitutional epoch requires exact proofs, model-checked amendments and meta-governance review.
Fork isolation prevents a competing constitutional lineage from silently sharing authority with the accepted head. Rollback witnesses and predecessor links detect restoration or divergence. Meta-governance authorizes only the successor constitutional epoch; it does not replace Membership, Team, Work, Action or other local owners.
What V7–V8 do not claim
- no globally optimal organization;
- no guarantee that evolution improves mission outcomes;
- no globally atomic multi-owner transaction;
- no autonomous constitutional amendment without review;
- no authority derived from simulation or model checking alone.
Use deployment-specific canaries, continuity proofs, rollback plans and operational evidence before enabling these capabilities beyond experiments.
