Status: objectives 2–10 are implemented in source, including a qualified Room purpose mission profile. Bounded autonomy, delegation and evolution continuity are included; the persistent support demonstration is available; the bounded adoption profile is qualified locally; these capabilities are published in AgentPlat 1.1.0. This work translates owner-governed purpose, signals, references, limits and inceptions into additive AgentPlat contracts. Instruction-driven agents remain supported, including mixed Agent Rooms. Inception names an input, not the whole governance model. No AGI capability or empirical judgment guarantee is claimed.

The initial supported composition uses the existing Agent Room Agent Definition Registry and execution owners. It does not require Agent Mesh or Agent Morphogenesis. Later integrations must retain those subsystems' authority.
